Eccesso nello Yoga

Siamo guidati esclusivamente dall’ Ego.

Assolutamente No!

Anche no!

Cosa ho imparato?

Ora in meditazione mi ascolto, osservo ogni parte di me, mi Amo.

Dagli errori possiamo imparare, possiamo renderci migliori.

Allora cosa possiamo fare?

Amiamoci Consapevolmente.

Buona Pratica (Consapevole)

Excess in Yoga

Without a shadow of doubt Exceeding in Life leads to consequences, recklessness, too much abuse do not lead to any benefit.

But what does Yoga have to do with all this? C’entra enters and how it enters.

When we approach the first few times to something different, which will then turn out to be magical, a mechanism is unleashed within us that

He wants us to do more and more!

Because this new thing fascinates us, makes us feel good, gives us new stimuli, gratifies us, we like it for how it makes us feel.

And the trap is there !!!!!!!!!!

Our body cannot put a brake and let itself be carried away, why? WE ARE NOT AWARE OF IT!

We are guided exclusively by the Ego.

Our mind and our body need its time, both to practice the Asanas, both for meditation and for listening; putting everything on the “fire” we actually risk burning, doing damage instead of feeling good!

Many practitioners go for Yoga and always want to practice; from 10 minutes it goes to 30, then 1 hour, from 1 hour to 1 hour and a half and so continuing …. but our body is good, this recklessness ?. Absolutely not!

Right now I’m passing that stage ..

My body after years of running, 1000 things to do, 1000 new things to want to look into is rebelling against me … but I was deaf in these years. I didn’t want to give up, I always wanted to do something, not listening to it, I hurt myself; I was diagnosed with hernia in the lumbar-sacral area; nothing serious! Many people have them and they don’t even know it, but right now it doesn’t make my life easy.

My body, like that of many people speaks to us, but we are totally deaf in front of him that we do not listen and let go; Does it seem normal? Not even!

What did I learn? That I was an irresponsible person, because I didn’t love Him fully; Awareness helps us, frees us, makes us really understand what we need.

Now in meditation I listen to myself, I look at every part of me, I love myself.

From the mistakes we can learn, we can make ourselves better.

So what can we do?

Listening to ourselves and letting go of our Ego, Listening to everything the Body tells us, listening to where to go, but also after putting a stop.

Let us love each other Consciously.
