Ecco siamo già entrati in quel vortice.

Tutto questo “papiro” perché? Ecco mettetevi a sedere comodi in posizione;

Non-Attachment

The Non Attachment but how many times

Have we heard about these 2 words? But basically what does it mean?

This thought is at the base of many Eastern cultures / philosophies, from the very beginning we “attach” ourselves to everything; let’s think about when we are children and a Friend of ours wants to play with a game .. let’s say sometimes: “It’s Mine!”, to all more or less it will have happened! Here we have already entered that vortex.

Our mind must and wants to have everything for itself and FOREVER …

He wants objects, he wants people, he wants affections, always saying “He is Mine and He will be every day”.

But have we ever stopped to think that they are only Illusions?

Nothing is PERMANENT, everything is in constant motion, we are too and this is a fact.

All this “papyrus” why? Here, sit comfortably in position;

ATTACHMENT IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF EVERY SUFFERING

«From attachment pain arises, from pain arises fear. For the one who is totally free, there is no attachment, no pain, no fear “.

(Siddharta Gautama -Buddha)

  All this does not mean that we must be selfish and detach ourselves from others, but rather freedom towards our surroundings will lead us to the liberation of Us; we begin to behave towards everything and everyone in a loving way without wanting to have something in return, or hoping, that others “repay” us when we need, we live the moment we live the moment. We must learn to accept everything that happens, as if we were spectators sitting in the cinema watching the film on the screen, being present in the here and now, but trying not to get involved in what we see, staying present with a firm and lucid mind.

The Non-Attachment is not being Egocentric, but rather it is Freedom and Love, it is starting to behave towards others in a disinterested way without ever claiming something in return.

We begin to cultivate this small “seed” within ourselves, in our daily life, increasing our awareness, and we begin to practice it starting from Us, now, we cultivate the non-attachment to one’s body, to one’s thoughts, to one’s emotions etc.

When this film is finished on the screen we will realize all the wonder of the universe that surrounds us and we will observe everything that life presents us with completely different eyes.
